    You are able to return your order within 30 days of it's arrival, provided it is in the same condition as when it left us. For broken or damaged orders, we will refund or replace your order within it's 6 month warranty period. Just send us an email: luxeskinandhair@gmail.com

    We ship to Australia, Canada and the UK for free. We also ship to the USA and many European countries, plus some in Asia, but with small shipping fees ($5). All shipping estimations are shown at checkout when you enter your address. But for all locations, there is a minimum of 5 days, and the average is around 8-11 days.
